HILLTOP FARM ASSISTANT VACANCY
We are a family farm based on the North East side of Leicester. We are mainly arable with diversification projects; producing hay and straw for the equine market, commercial and residential storage etc. We also run a store beef cattle operation.
Due to progress within our business we require a person with some experience to assist in all aspects. Key attributes are that they are enthusiastic, honest, dedicated and punctual with good knowledge of all arable operations including baling.
The applicant needs to be self-motivated, happy to work as part of a small team but able to work on own initiative. Prepared to be flexible and work long hours in peak periods.
Workshop skills would be of benefit.
As a growing family business this position offers good future prospects.
Salary dependant on skill levels and qualifications.
